Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 2 days from the date on which you communicate about receiving the service.

You will get your money back within 15 days from the date of receiving your mail. But you will never get a full refund. You will get a refund based on the reason for your dissatisfaction. The percentage will be maintained on the amount charged by you for availing of the service. Besides, you will get the remaining money after deducting the money from your original budget.

In order to qualify for Service Dissatisfaction, please ensure that:

• The result of the service received is not preferred within 15 days from the date of the communication.

Services are non-refundable for the following reasons:
• You no longer wish to receive services (due to a change of mind)
• Sudden termination of service-related activity.
• Results before 15 days due to preference.
• Due to personal or political anger or resentment.
• Due to personal problems.
Note: In case of any manufacturer error from the Authority the responsible party must receive a gift card that can be used on subsequent services. But it is good to know that so far, the Authority has not made such a mistake.
